Great job, it's a tough run. While in mini refit with HMS Aurora 1982, I ran the Rock run in around 20 minutes however the record was held by an LPTI Cullen then, though evidence is hard to find nowadays. Post South Atlantic I no longer run, teaching young WE's in Collingwood.
