If this had been Nuclear it wouldn't need refuelling and when in port could supply local community with electric as they do in Russia.

If it had been nuclear then it probably wouldn’t exist as it would have been too expensive, we also don’t have the personal for looking after a reactor on a ship, nor would it be allowed in port due to it being nuclear, changing/ decommissioning the reactor is also a pain.
