And there was me thinking the XO has to go round and check all the hand-wash basins onboard work properly?
Funny you should say that..... many people still fall for filling up basins and watching over them for the duration of the trial.

Did you have them checking it went clockwise in the north hemisphere, and anti-clock in the south, report back if its doing it wrong, but importantly never being sure which way it should be?. Extra points scored if you get one that goes straight down?
