So why deploy it as sea worthy when once of the most important parts (that being the radar) is missing. Is it missing, broken or being fitted with another type of system otherwise planned ?
Just went to double check 
all our radars are fitted and working - as normal.

So the story I read yesterday about the main radar being 2yrs away from being fitted is incorrect, I have forgotten the name of it now, but delayed by 18nth none the less ?
