Ironic that it's called a wake, when it hypnotises you to sleep! We've been zipping around the balmy 28 degree waters, testing our systems to make sure they are ready for the warmer conditions we will operate in during CSG21. It's a beautiful #WESTLANT19 day, but

What do you meant by “ready the for warmer condition”?? Shouldn’t a warship be ready for ALL conditions? What if you tested for warm conditions and suddenly you get orders to head for Falklands Islands, and not ready for colder conditions?

Of course - but it's easier to replicate cold extremes when you are based in the UK! Fundamental to our systems is the ability to keep kit that generates heat cool - not such an issue in colder climes...
