Just wondering why Phalanx and not Goalkeeper. I may be out of step.

It's being or has how been phased out and phalanx is now the fleet standard. It's a easier system to fit to ships then the goalkeeper system

Well. Maybe teach him you didnt see all the video. Also soft targets are designed to have multiple hits so can go through them. Your seeing through shots potentially
