I guess it’s easier now with one flagship afloat, unlike when we had the Mediterranean, Pacific and Home Fleets. And HMY Britannia.

I find that pleasing that HMS Victory is still regarded as the flagship of the Royal Navy, however great the current HMS Queen Elizabeth is.
