Dream. Its been looked at and reviewed before. Its not urgently needed and very expensive for what it does. We dont urgently need an orgamic refueller. There are other means.

Probably another dumb question on my part..... could the V22 use the ramp to increase takeoff weight? (Genuine question)

Pretty sure the answer is no. The aircraft by default is made to take off vertically with max weight, so even it could it doesn't need to.
