Whilst many of HMSQNLZ opted for time ashore in Palma’s Old Town, this group of Adventurers @NAVYfit#AdventurousTraining completed part of GR 221 Dry Stone Route. 34km and an ascent of 1600m in just 2 days!

Sub Lieutenant ‘AJ’ Walker met Veteran Lieutenant George Gibb back in 2019. Thought to be one of the last surviving pilots of the Fairey Swordfish, a basic torpedo bomber biplane, used by the Fleet Air Arm during WWII. Despite the 70+ year age gap the two became friends.pic.twitter.com/bmv0q0eVne
