Good thinking. Secret services were able to do that already in 2008. They can also cure deafness, schizophrenia, depression and many other issues. Nowadays every stateleader uses telepathy for all senses, and its nice to see this finally, albeit very slowly getting published.
Could you provide any source/docs on this, I have never heard about this thing.
