I think there should be a new rule on Twitter. If you are not going to do something about the isssue you are talking about/bringing attention to then dont tweet about it. Many people including yours truly get a sense that they did something by tweeting about some injustice.
The action that needs to be taking cannot be tweeted about. That’s the catch 22. Social media is a tool to make the unaware aware and wake up the ones who are asleep. It’s the best way to do it. Albeit it has many pitfalls
But I agree. It’s way past of the point of raising awareness online but this is the battle field where the bulk of the youth are active.

I get it. But it also gives you a sense you "did" something. I am not advicating violence. But for example likely another election was stolen in nj. what do we get? tweets and moaning. I cant be bothered with that anymore.
