I see. So the technology is decentralised in theory but the original coin it all runs on is not. I don't a buy that. Bitcoin is the only real decentralised one. That dude can be got at at some point.

110% agree; anyone can be manipulated. I’m not a huge eth fan. But I’d take the eth metaverse over the Facebook metaverse any day.

yes, also almost no one runs an eth full node, blockchain to bloated which makes this expensive & unmanageable. therefore all dapps are centralized around http://infura.io . also research DAO hack and resulting actions taken by the few influential eth guys like Vitalik.
