Marmite is a low key superfood. Especially after a sauna. Lots of salt and B vitamins.

Toast a slice of sour dough in the am. Grass-fed butter, sprinkle on a teaspoonish of finely ground fenugreek seeds, honey, and marmite. Great start to the day
