When you start a brand you should intentionally do things that “don’t scale” And this doesn’t mean spin your wheels with legal / accounting that doesn’t matter You should spend time emailing each customer & responding to each dm or comment Interactions that build a connection

Communication provides clarity which in turn creates confidence. Confidence creates long term return customers. Nobody likes being ghosted after all.
