I used to take his opinions seriously because he made some smart and very profound points - but he would clam up instantly if you asked him why he still lives with his mother at 25 YO +

It's something to be aware of. Don't get sucked in to the words alone - substance always trumps style in the long run.

If you can't make basic decisions about life you won't achieve anything worthwhile. When I write or create music - I start with the same as you. A blank document or DAW project.

The internet and social Media has increased these problems 100 x fold. How many pointless decisions does a person make now compared to 15 years ago? Imagine how clear your mind would be minus any social media? It's almost unthinkable what you could get done, isn't it?
