So to combat this, we just keep making new decisions. Everything we do from the moment we wake up untill we sleep / we are solving little problems the whole time. Supercomputer minds doing crazy sums all day and night

The internet and social Media has increased these problems 100 x fold. How many pointless decisions does a person make now compared to 15 years ago? Imagine how clear your mind would be minus any social media? It's almost unthinkable what you could get done, isn't it?

All those hours scrolling away. Add that time up - you're working full time basically for little or no pay in most cases - your only reward? A quick dopamine hit. That leaves you craving more and more.
