So yes sugar is in fruit in it’s natural form (fructose) but due to the nature of the fruit itself - your body won’t suffer by eating it. Pretty simple mate - apply the same to Porridge Vs bread. Both carbs / one spikes blood sugar one does not. Easy

Sugar is not the enemy,,, for any wanting to know more on that topic, check-out a very knowledgable Aussie called Duranrider via Youtube. His info explains your body removes excess glucose in your urine & it’s actually dietary fat that makes people fat. Sugar is essential.

This is true to an extent. Modern fruit has been through selective breeding by humans which has increased the sugar content, and worsened the sugar to fiber and vitamin c ratio.
