I keep seeing the same terms on here and I'm none the wiser. Agency and saas. Can anybody tell me what these terms mean?

SaaS - Software as a Service. Typical defining characteristics: - Some form of application you pay for as a service monthly - You don't have to download to use it. - These can be very large companies like Dropbox or smaller companies like Hypefury.
