I keep seeing the same terms on here and I'm none the wiser. Agency and saas. Can anybody tell me what these terms mean?

SaaS - Software as a Service. Typical defining characteristics: - Some form of application you pay for as a service monthly - You don't have to download to use it. - These can be very large companies like Dropbox or smaller companies like Hypefury.

Ok so it's a fancy name for a website you pay a monthly fee to use?

Definitely a way you can look at it. SaaS is just the top layer of the *CLOUD COMPUTING* stack. Unless you're a dev, no need to go down this rabbit hole of understanding this tech. Essentially, as you go down the stack you're using more complexity for your tech business.pic.twitter.com/nCLvl4kp28
