There frustrations are best vented into developing meaningful local relationships and supply chains. Compete with your friends on who buys less from the super market and the most from local producers. Real change is boring and take lots of work
I get peoples frustration, anger and thirst for revolution. But be wary of violent uprisings. It may create some short term relief but look to history for the key lessons. The french revolution got rid of the monarchy but a mere decade later a lunatic dictator seized power.
