Better IMO. Get the stuff that dissolves for a quicker entry into the bloodstream.

aspirin dissolved in water is the only med that works for me when I get headaches

Aspirin was invented by a German, ibuprofen by a Brit (as a hangover cure) I trust Germans more with this kind of thing.
