The most I read in one year was about 18 very deep books, some very long, mixed topics, fiction, nonfiction, science, esoterism, philosophy, and all that "smart guy" shit. That is more than enough, actually doing stuff is just a better education overall.

Spot on. My first year getting into this stuff, I read (mainly listened to) 52 books. I was proud of that at first, then realized how silly it was. Now I choose quality (and application) over quantity.
