If you have an iPhone. Put it on night shift mode all the time. This filters the harmful light. Take it off only to take snaps or video so it’s clearer. If you use Androids get a blue light filter app. You will notice a massive difference in sleep etc.

I swear something about the way we are wired.. we will do nothing on phone purely because it has bright colors everywhere. But try it and make your own opinions
