When you’re ready to really ascend…. Settings -> Accessibility -> Display and Text size -> color filters ON. Without COLOR, your brain becomes more drawn to the outside world than the screen.. Instead of sucking you in, the screen pushes you out
If you have an iPhone. Put it on night shift mode all the time. This filters the harmful light. Take it off only to take snaps or video so it’s clearer. If you use Androids get a blue light filter app. You will notice a massive difference in sleep etc.
