Apart from the 1st Iraq war - where a very arrogant sadam Hussain thought he could take on the USA head on and win - the USA has not won a hot war since 1945. And that is a reach because the brave and skilled men of the RAF in the UK held the nazi war machine at bay single-handed
The best result they have had was a ceasefire in the Korean war which technically never ended. Sure they won the cold war but that was more an ideological and economic war rather than a hot boots on the ground war. America is not good at winning ground wars.

I disagree. No country can stand a war against the US. But these enemies are not countries, they are guerrillas. And guerrillas usually can withstand large armies. Anglo-Saxons did it against Romans. Americans did it against Britons. Afghans did it to everybody
I don’t think the war planners intend for us to win. Wars are waged to benefit the banks, the contractors and to curb the population.
