I have very high conscientiousness and sometimes that get's confused with an anxious state, like no bro I am just extremely sensitive to every state of mind you're in

can you elaborate on this, are u touching on HSP issues? i sometimes struggle to determine if im engaging with anxieties to a neurotic degree or if i am just very aware of my physical surrounding and auras

idk what HSP is, but I never feel common symptoms of anxiety like a heavy chest or whatever, I may just get more alert and heart pounding etc, which I think is high sensitivity, much different to anxiety

lmao fr if you're really sensitive you would notice how sensitive you are and how that effects other areas of your life and so you would force yourself to be less sensitive in certain situations

It all depends on the audience you have. If it's street dudes you don't want to come across sensitive or overwhelmed or you appear weak. If it's chicks from a posh Uni you can be more in tune with deeper topics and vibes. It's the company you're in more than anything imo

Yep and it also takes sensitivity to understand this nuance haha, it should never be seen as a weakness
