If you’re going to smoke Cigarettes by all means - get the dead people pack in the bin and put them in a nice cigarette tin. Spark only with zippo or if you must, use matches (the after smell of petrol/matches makes it more ritualistic)
I sometimes smoke a cigar but not often and I never inhale the smoke. I used to smoke cigarettes and rolling tobacco from age 14 to late 20s. Mostly roll ups was I always health conscious lol 
It’s highly enjoyable and I do miss having a smoke and a pint of lager down the local nuclear sub. But those days are done and I prefer the odd Cuban now. Much better nicotine delivery system.
Cigars don't leave me wanting another one. Cigarettes and rolling tobacco became a little too enjoyable for me. But they are great for weight control and concentration. Also looks cool. Chicks love it. Even healthy ones. James Dean baby
