All mag is good for you for I listen to @Grimhood as he is the subject matter expert on this. It's better for absorption into the blood I believe....

Easy, mainstream consumers have zero idea what or why they consume anything that they do, they just follow the latest podcast, Internet celebrity, etc. and buy whatever they’re told to buy. MgCl is the body’s default magnesium salt and all oral forms convert into MgCl anyway.
