Scotland has too small of a landmass to escape, no? that and the weather (and by extension food sourcing) are difficult and could get VERY difficult if specific things happen (cl1m4te stuff) for example. Finland would be better as far as UK/Yurope goes

And ideally you'd just move west, towards SA/Islands surrounding that general area. That or Finland/Hungary/Perhaps rural parts of other EE countries. Scotland definitely aint bad tho, there are for sure worse places you could pick.
