I've worked/studied with some who had insane technical IQ but average/low social IQ. They are absolutely brilliant yet struggle to explain their thoughts since everyone else is so far behind. Had to play the role of "translator" often.
Some people are too smart for their own good. It's actually a very difficult life for an extremely high IQ person. It must be like talking to children when they communicate with the masses.

I truly wish it were not so. I’m constantly accused of thinking Im “better than others”. As if they knew what I was truly thinking and that them being right is NOT a sign of their own narcissism....
