Once you dim it down you’ll realise anywhere near to full brightness will hurt Frying your brain
Phone in nightshift mode 24/7 I do not trust the insane level of brightness on these new devices. Keep it filtered and dim or you will suffer.

Filtering everything to be shaded red is a game changer..didn’t even know I could do it and much better than nightshift mode imo
