Decentralised variety is always better in most cases. What is better tasting? A Starbucks coffee, or that very unique and unknown local stuff from a small cafe that is family-owned?

Let's go further. Burger King or the local burger joint that sources better meat from a farmer nearby? Coinbase or Pancake swap? You see where I'm going here? Decentralised is better for the individual and the market as a whole.
