Negative internal dialogue is pathetic self- loathing drivel Cut it out, or forever be a loser. If you don't believe in yourself, you can bet your bottom dollar, nobody else will. At the very least, be a better friend to yourself. Always talk yourself UP!

Uncontrolled negative self talk is the single most contributing factor of depression in most people. Kind of like the "real" pandemic.
