Female behaviour in the context of a relationship is always down to how the male carries himself. If your THAT guy she won't become a difficult partner. If you have underlying self-doubt, insecurities, or commitment/trust issues - she picks up on that and acts accordingly.
Females are very good at picking up subconscious cues. She will smell your fear and self-doubt miles away. Don't kid yourself. It won't last very long.
Worth noting - if you are doing everything right and she still becomes difficult. This is when you need to backbone and courage to leave. You only get what you tolerate.
You have to take the lead and really believe in yourself. Many men get frustrated with this. They don't want to truly lead and thus their relationship suffers.
