They won't ever let electricity go out long term on a mass scale. Think about it. It's what is keeping us under control and it will continue as a key part of the long term plan. No electricity = No AI grid or mass surveillance. Electricity is the bondage.

They also need minerals from the motherland of Africa, for their so called 4th Industrial Revolution plans. Their "world " is artificial. Hence the only type of control they have iS over the make believe artificial world.

USA needs 250,000 electricians to support current grid. We aren’t even close to on that pace. With added output of green energy, it’s a potential disaster in the making. Very few are aware how short the labor supply is for skilled trades as well as it is for lithium/copper.
