The best high I've ever experienced is the feeling straight after an intense workout session. Something that uses the high rate of cardio and resistance. Like 2 hours of Muay Thai or something similar. That's the ultimate buzz for me. So much clarity and hope.

100%. I used to regularly do Kung Fu and also practice mma. What a feeling, Drenched in sweat, feeling like you could collapse but keep pushing. Every cell in your body is electric. You don't get that at a normal gym workout. It needs to be martial arts sparring and combat.
