    Huge source of anxiety for me used to be waking up in the morning and seeing: - 12 Telegrams - 7 WhatsApps - 17 DM’s - 26 texts Turned off all notifications. Set strict “respond time” hours. Ignore unless very important. Phone away from bed. Dumb how I didn’t do it easier.

        Anyone can say what they want, im immune to your judgment, but ill die believing that demons ride the wifi. Wife and I have done phone off at bed for years, but I recently started turning wifi off in the house st night. Both sleep better, and my nightmares are WAY better
