    FASTING IS THE MOST COUNTER CULTURAL THING YOU CAN DO. WE LIVE IN A WORLD THAT IS FOCUSED ON CONSTANTLY BEING INEBRIATED AND CONSTANT CONSUMPTION. CHOOSING TO FAST AND TO CONSUME LESS GOES AGAINST THE CULTURAL PROGRAMMING OF SOCIETY. FASTING IS ANTI CONSUMER.
