To remain still is to stagnate, to stagnate is to die. You ever seen a small river or stream when it stops flowing freely? The water becomes stale, smelly and horrible gunge will grow on it.

To remain high energy, clean and running effectively, you have to maintain constant motion. Mentally and physically. Standing still equals disease, death & failure.
