The days before the smoking ban (2005) were better. The pub back then was more comfy and home like, you could spark a cigarette and enjoy your drink. They go hand in hand. The ban stripped that ancient ritual which increases T levels as proved by several scientific papers.
On the plus side, it’s chat to randoms now- all you have to do is go out to the smoking area

The smoking ban signified the beginning of the end for this country. If only we knew what was on the horizon
