Royal Marines are nut jobs. They literally run up and down mountains all day. Super fit.
SAS or SBS (special boat service) like SAS but probably tougher to get into. Super human fitness levels required. And of course the mental strength that is crucial.

Based. I recommend military training to anybody. It would solve many of society’s issues if we had national service for all men at 18 years old.
