-Pro biotic - take supplements and consume organic Kefir/Greek yogurt. - Avoid caffeine. It’s terrible for digestion in large amounts as it dehydrates you. - Eat slow. Chew food till it’s completely liquid and swallow slowly. Give your stomach an easier job.

And make sure you walk after big meals. This is a game changer BTW. Oh it’s cold and raining? Put a jacket on, your skin is waterproof. Think about your gut (subconscious mind) keep everything flowing. Stagnation leads to disease.

What happens when you a fill a bath up and leave it after without draining it? The water will become Stagnant and eventually stink. The bathtub will become filthy also. The bath is your belly. Keep it moving. Keep it fresh.
