Chew all food till it’s liquid before you swallow. It’s good for the jaw and it’s even better for your digestive system. Too many people just chew enough not to choke on it. The more you chew, the more nutrients you will distill from the food. Digestion starts in your mouth.

Interesting you say that. I’ve heard from several people recently saying they are having food intolerances and digestion issues. I recommend you chew slow and walk for 10-20 mins after each meal to aid the digestion.

Also. Aim for 5 litres at least of water per day. Preferably boiled and cooled for 20 mins. That should get things moving again swiftly.

I was always lead to believe as a child that walking after a meal would cause indigestion

Gentle aerobic exercise after a large meal raises the metabolism and the motion of your body aids the digestive process. The worse thing you can is remain seated or lie down.

I believe you. My family was dysfunctional so I doubt they knew any better.

All you can do is try it. Your body will inform you if it’s the correct move for you.
