Chew all food till it’s liquid before you swallow. It’s good for the jaw and it’s even better for your digestive system. Too many people just chew enough not to choke on it. The more you chew, the more nutrients you will distill from the food. Digestion starts in your mouth.
Gentle aerobic exercise after a large meal raises the metabolism and the motion of your body aids the digestive process. The worse thing you can is remain seated or lie down.
