Chew all food till it’s liquid before you swallow. It’s good for the jaw and it’s even better for your digestive system. Too many people just chew enough not to choke on it. The more you chew, the more nutrients you will distill from the food. Digestion starts in your mouth.
Also. Aim for 5 litres at least of water per day. Preferably boiled and cooled for 20 mins. That should get things moving again swiftly.
