Chew all food till it’s liquid before you swallow. It’s good for the jaw and it’s even better for your digestive system. Too many people just chew enough not to choke on it. The more you chew, the more nutrients you will distill from the food. Digestion starts in your mouth.
It would make it easier on your stomach to digest because it would not have to work so hard breaking it down. But it’s still not a good source of food. Once in a blue moon is fine but it’s really nasty stuff overall.
