Chew all food till it’s liquid before you swallow. It’s good for the jaw and it’s even better for your digestive system. Too many people just chew enough not to choke on it. The more you chew, the more nutrients you will distill from the food. Digestion starts in your mouth.

also Saliva contains special enzymes that help digest the starches in food. An enzyme called amylase breaks down starches (complex carbohydrates) into sugars, which your body can more easily absorb. Saliva also contains an enzyme called lingual lipase, which breaks down fats.
