Chew all food till it’s liquid before you swallow. It’s good for the jaw and it’s even better for your digestive system. Too many people just chew enough not to choke on it. The more you chew, the more nutrients you will distill from the food. Digestion starts in your mouth.

I believe the reason behind this lack of chewing goes back to the same old vice - dopamine addiction. People just can’t wait to get that food into the stomach for that hit. It’s more a chemical craving than actual hunger. Have you ever been truly hungry?

Now on a deeper and more esoteric level. You can see how dopamine has been really weaponised to keep us in a state of constant consumption/buzz/withdrawal. It’s sometimes hard to admit to even fathom how much we have been under a full spectrum attack. Food, survival and sex

The greatest pleasures are our biggest jailers. This was not meant to be a thread. But it shows you can branch off from a simple tweet about chewing food properly on to profound concepts.

Do I have a valid point? Or I am just creating patterns and narratives to suit what I believe? Or do I speak the truth? Even though it’s rather unpleasant?

I like to think I’m correct, but I’m laid back enough to admit I’m maybe just connecting non existent dots in my own mind.

The chewing conspiracy is now live. The plot to keep out gut (subconscious mind) in constant overdrive. Working like a tank to break down heavily tampered with food. God these cabal “people” are so organised and evil.

But God always wins so jokes on them. Morons.

Let’s just chew food more throughly. Take care of our gut a bit better. Slow the fuck down and embrace the moment.

I believe in a healthy person there may actually be digestive enzymes in the saliva to literally start the chemical breakdown as well as physical in the mouth. Could be wrong/could be only other species buts it’s been a while since I was looking into it
