Chew all food till it’s liquid before you swallow. It’s good for the jaw and it’s even better for your digestive system. Too many people just chew enough not to choke on it. The more you chew, the more nutrients you will distill from the food. Digestion starts in your mouth.

I’ve done 72 hour fasts. And tbh I don’t think it’s even a real fast till you hit 3 days plus because I had more energy on day 3 than day 1/2. Yeah you are right it’s a withdrawal from a buzz nothing more.
