Yes, of course, walk fast then jog for a few minutes to warm up, then stretch your legs and arms for a few minutes - then double speed. Repeat the process when complete to avoid cramps. If you really can't run or jog, just walk for double the distance. Movement is victory.

Even for those who can't/won't run, getting OUT first thing is huge. Breathe fresh air... see the horizon... face the weather... It's like taking a human being out of a box.
